Your Sheriff's Office works hard to stretch the value of taxpayer dollars by deploying personnel and equipment for the greatest benefit of our county's residents. However, many innovative solutions or projects that can help improve neighborhoods and strengthen the community need your funding help to keep them going.
The mission of the Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) Foundation is to raise and contribute funds for programs and/or services that will improve public safety throughout Washington County, which may not be funded through the regular Sheriff's Office Budget. These may include educational programs, programs for public awareness of operations and crime prevention, provide assistance with programs that the WCSO may offer for youths, elderly and the general public, and programs or equipment needed to assist WCSO in the administration of its duties, including special programs that receive dedicated donations for those special programs.
